Mr-Glass owns every step — engineering, extrusion, glazing, hardware and finishing. ESW relies on outside vendors for parts of their supply chain, which creates inconsistency and longer lead times.
ESW does not have a structured export program. Mr-Glass ships impact windows and doors to over 20 Caribbean countries, with crating, freight forwarding and local-dealer coordination handled in-house.
Mr-Glass offers a lifetime limited warranty backed directly by the manufacturer — call us, we built it. ESW typically routes warranty claims through resellers, which slows down service.
ESW's catalog is mostly residential. Mr-Glass has a dedicated commercial division producing storefronts, curtain walls, large-span sliding doors and custom-engineered impact assemblies.
